Cameo – Word Up

The superb Word Up from Cameo in all its stripped down funky awesomeness from 1986. So much better than a certain over produced cover version that’s doing the rounds at the moment. The brilliant video features LeVar Burton (the young Kunta Kinte from Roots, and later Star Trek’s Geordi La Forge) as the plain clothes cop chasing Larry & the boys.
