We’re really looking forward to this next one – we’re playing Olympic Studios‘ Summer Soul Party on August 19th in the fantastic private members’ club in Barnes.
As many of you will know, Olympic is the former recording studio that gave birth to many of popular music’s finest moments so it’s always a huge thrill to be asked along. We’ll be playing a huge range of soul greats from the 60s through to the 80s – some Motown, Stax, Atlantic, Northern Soul, Philly, and loads more. Expect to hear anything from James Brown, The Supremes, Sly & The Family Stone, to Donny Hathaway, Leon Ware, Luther Vandross, Chaka Khan, The Isley Brothers and loads more.
And as it’s us, of course there’ll be plenty of disco too…
This is a members’ event, but we’ll have the opportunity to bring a few guests in, so drop us a line if it’s your thing.
